A multi-site clinic network seeks an experienced Phlebotomy Team Lead to oversee daily blood draw operations and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise phlebotomy staff and coordinate daily draw schedules
• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages
• Train new phlebotomists on safety and specimen handling protocols
• Monitor compliance with OSHA and lab quality standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of phlebotomy experience
• Current phlebotomy certification
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience
