Responsibilities

• Perform complex clinical laboratory tests across chemistry, hematology, and microbiology
• Ensure compliance with CLIA and CAP accreditation standards
• Troubleshoot instrumentation and escalate anomalies promptly
• Mentor laboratory assistants and junior technologists

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or related field
• ASCP certification preferred
• 2+ years of clinical laboratory experience
