A pathology lab is hiring a Histotechnologist to prepare high-quality tissue specimens for microscopic examination.

Responsibilities

• Embed, section, and stain tissue specimens using standard histology techniques
• Operate microtomes, tissue processors, and automated stainers
• Maintain accurate specimen labeling and chain of custody
• Assist pathologists with special stains and immunohistochemistry

Requirements

• Associate degree in Histotechnology or related science
• ASCP HT/HTL certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
